The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable, clean and and the facilities were perfect. The location was ok and i like that they have a private parking. I slept very good since the rooms are actually sound proof and you don't hear anything from outside. The personnel were very helpful and nice to the guests.

We have been using the Radisson Blu Düsseldorf quite a few times over the last ten years (and even right after the pandemic) - and we like the hotel very much: Clean, "scandinavian" design, very nice rooms with comfy beds, good WiFi, top staff, great breakfast and a top location for stays in Düsseldorf and/or short stays for flying in and out of Düsseldorf. The hotel has always met our expectations and gets upgraded regularly, the staff does go the extra mile when needed (we needed a dentist once, on very short notice, and got a great recommendation and an appointment booked) ... so: Next time you go to Düsseldorf, have a look there. We can certainly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering a range of options.The staff were attentive, ensuring everything was well-stocked. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was particularly cozy. Location: The location was excellent—close to the Messe.

This is a nice hotel situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the city centre. We arrived slightly early but we were allocated a room on the 8th floor without any fuss. The room was refurbished recently and included a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine along with a small fridge containing two bottles of water at no cost. You can walk in to the city along the river bank or take the tram.

Rooms very clean, tidy and comfortable bed. Loved the Christmas chocolates at the door. Very nice touch. The chefs making the omelettes in the morning was always warm and welcoming. The staff at the front counter were always warm welcoming and very helpful. Especially the Spanish lady. very helpful. It was nice to walk out to the river

We have been staying at the Radisson many times by now, so I don't want to repeat myself: We like it very much (either for a short-term stay or for stays of over a week) and can highly recommend it. The location (between the airport and the City of Düsseldorf) is spot on, the staff has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we like the "Scandi Style" rooms. Further, the WiFi and the seating area in the rooms is good enough for a full day of remote work, and you can still find some free parking close to the hotel. We'll be back,

Service provided, in all aspect , are top rated. Location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Airport and well connected with public transportation to the business destination, location, in the City Wireless WiFi connection, services, should be more applicable, useful for the IT devices that do not have adequate port to be connected by wire: Tablet, VR Headsets....

We have stayed at the Radisson Blu Düsseldorf quite a few times over the years, and I am always pleased to see that the hotel keeps its very good standard. This time we needed two rooms fairly close to each other, and help with an elderly person, and the (always friendly) staff helped us with this request perfectly. I also noticed that the bathrooms are getting updated regularly - which can't be said for all hotels that we stay in. The rest was on point as always: Good beds (I am overweight), hotel room can easily double up as a workspace, with good WiFi, very nice breakfast ... but most of it all, the staff is always helpful and super friendly. We'll be back.

The room felt very fresh and neat, it was clean and the beds were super comfy. Bathroom was simple but looked new and was very clean, the rain shower + detachable shower head combi was great too. Location of the hotel is not necessarily very special but it is positioned very nicely with close vicinity to the city centre and the Messe Düsseldorf. Staff was friendly and helpful, we were always warmly greeted at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was great also, offering a nice variety of food and even a freshly baked omelette with ingredients of choice by a passionate chef.

The room was big and overlooked the front of the hotel. It was nice and clean with a nice bathroom. The hotel parking was secure and there was also a cycle rack for our bikes. The pool area and sauna were nice and clean. All the staff were very attentive. The breakfast room was spectacular with so much choice.
