Radisson Blu Conference Hotel, Düsseldorf

Second visit to this hotel. Good location with easy access to local transport or you can walk into the city. Nice to have extra pillows for the bed and plenty of hand sanitiser dispensers in reception area.

We have been using the Radisson Blu Düsseldorf quite a few times over the last ten years (and even right after the pandemic) - and we like the hotel very much: Clean, "scandinavian" design, very nice rooms with comfy beds, good WiFi, top staff, great breakfast and a top location for stays in Düsseldorf and/or short stays for flying in and out of Düsseldorf. The hotel has always met our expectations and gets upgraded regularly, the staff does go the extra mile when needed (we needed a dentist once, on very short notice, and got a great recommendation and an appointment booked) ... so: Next time you go to Düsseldorf, have a look there. We can certainly recommend the hotel.

This is a nice hotel situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the city centre. We arrived slightly early but we were allocated a room on the 8th floor without any fuss. The room was refurbished recently and included a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine along with a small fridge containing two bottles of water at no cost. You can walk in to the city along the river bank or take the tram.

Great location. 2 minutes walk to the tram which is an 8 minute ride to the arena. Staff are friendly and helpful. A great breakfast selection. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good bathroom and facilities.

Service provided, in all aspect , are top rated. Location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Airport and well connected with public transportation to the business destination, location, in the City Wireless WiFi connection, services, should be more applicable, useful for the IT devices that do not have adequate port to be connected by wire: Tablet, VR Headsets....
